Delivery and returns
What delivery costs, how long it takes, and how to return something.
Last updated: 24 August 2026. This page explains our current UK delivery and returns process. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 7–13 days in total from the day you order.
Pre-order and personalised items are made to order and sit at the longer end of that 7–13 day window. The expected timeframe is shown on the product page.
Personalisation does not cost extra and does not add to the delivery charge.
Delivery costs
- One item — £4 UK delivery, 7–13 days
- Two or more items — £2.50 delivery per item
- Name and number personalisation is free on every shirt
Tracking your order
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within the expected window, get in touch or email contact@emshirtsandshoes.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it.
Changing your mind
For non-personalised items bought online, you can tell us that you wish to cancel from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Email contact@emshirtsandshoes.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. You may inspect them as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if handling beyond that has reduced their value. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the return postage. We refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that you sent them, using the original payment method.
Personalised items
The change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to shirts printed with a name, number or other choice made specifically for you. This exception does not affect your rights if a personalised item is faulty, not as described or incorrectly printed.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or not as ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo where practical. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. UK consumer law provides a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods, followed by further repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund rights where applicable.
Where the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we cover reasonable return costs and will offer the remedy required by law. Asking for a photo helps us resolve the problem quickly, but does not remove your statutory rights.
How to return something
Email contact@emshirtsandshoes.co.uk with your order number and whether you are cancelling or reporting a fault. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Do not send an item back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
